FISA is the governing body of the sport of rowing and the
oldest international sports federation in the Olympic
movement. Based in Lausanne, the Olympic capital, FISA
has 120 member federations worldwide, organises World
and Olympic Championships and World Cups and
promotes all forms of rowing. The opinions expressed in
this publication are not necessarily the opinions of the

internationale du Mouvement Olympique. La FISA,
établie à Lausanne, capitale Olympique, compte 120
