Soups make your winter a lot warmer… This soup makes me think of
Africa and its warm people and climate, and boosts my mind and body
in cold and rainy Belgium.
Ingredients:
• 200g grilled unsalted peanuts
• 1 onion
• 1 clove of garlic
• 2 branches white celery
• 1 red and 1 green pepper
preparation:
Blend the peanuts in the blender to make a paste. Meanwhile cut the
vegetables and fry them in some peanut oil. When soft combine the chicken
stock and the peanut paste. Cook for five minutes, add some black pepper
and salt to your liking. Recommendation: after cutting the hot pepper wash
your hands with soap…!
• A fingertip of fresh ginger
• Some fresh hot pepper
• Palm oil
• Peanut oil
• 2 litres chicken stock
